Yes. Both use the same key format, so you can import your existing wallet's private keys or seed into PalladiumCore at any time without losing funds.
PalladiumWallet uses SPV (Simplified Payment Verification), which checks transactions against block headers rather than the full chain. Your keys never leave your device — the trade-off is trusting the network's headers instead of validating every rule yourself, which PalladiumCore does.
